KUWK: Kendall Jenner Gets Candid About Experiencing ‘Panic Attacks’ Amid The Quarantine

Kendall Jenner got really vulnerable and candid about her mental health and how the coronavirus, COVID-19 quarantine, has been affecting her. As it turns out, the supermodel of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians clan has been feeling really lonely in isolation.

And that is not all! Kendall also revealed that she’s been having panic attacks too and that her ‘bad days are not the greatest!’

She told all of this in a video she shared to mark Mental Health Awareness month, the Jenner seemingly wanting to use her platform to bring more awareness to mental health.

That being said, Kendall partnered with The Mental Health Coalition for the ‘how are you really challenge’ in order to end all stigma associated with mental illness.

The model shared her own experience, detailing how she’s been doing mentally ever since the shelter in place orders were installed.

‘For me, I have some really good days where I wake up in the morning and I’ll make a list of things that I want to get done — whether that be work or just around the house. And I’ll, kind of, be super productive,’ she mentioned, adding that she’s also been going on ‘nice, safe quarantine walks’ as much as she can to deal better with any negativity.

She then opened up about the more difficult days she goes through in quarantine: ‘The days that I don’t really have as much going on, I tend to get a bit anxious,’ she revealed, adding that she usually meditates or reads to try and calm her nerves.

The KUWK star got even more candid about her mental health struggles during a chat with Good Morning America’s Michael Strahan earlier today, detaining the panic attacks she’s experienced for years!

By being vulnerable with the public about what she goes through, Kendall explained that she’s trying to make people feel ‘not as alone’ as she used to when she was younger.
